Abstract

In article the research of properties and influence on the regional economic system of such phenomenon as a production lacuna is continued. Stability of regional economic system from a production lacuna from a position of life quality level of the population is considered. Available suitable criteria in statistic for assessment of quality of life by types of economic activity are specified. Convolution of criteria on the basis of coefficients of difficulty of achievement of the goal is entered.
