Numerical researches of the influence of temperature, composition and pressure in the initial gas mixture on the purity, recovery and temperature of hydrogen production in a wide range of the “adsorption – desorption” cycle time and pressure at the adsorption stage were performed. The relationships of the PSA unit productivity and the product purity have been identified. The adaptive optimization problem of the process of gas mixture adsorption separation and hydrogen producing with the maximum concentration was formulated and solved. The algorithmic and the software of the automated adaptive control system was developed.
