Information interaction of production processes in the seaport based on integration with the railway carrier

Abstract

The integration of information systems between a seaport and a railway carrier is a complex process that requires an integrated approach. This process includes not only advanced technological solutions, but also organizational changes and constant interaction of all participants in the logistics chain. Effective data integration allows you to more accurately predict delivery times and optimize inventory management, reduce downtime, which, in turn, contributes to increased transparency, security and automation of logistics processes. The integration of information systems is a key factor for the further development of the IT landscape in organizations. It creates the basis for the formation of a flexible, efficient and adaptive IT infrastructure. This approach not only improves existing business processes, but also opens up new opportunities for innovation, efficiency and competitiveness in the future. In addition, the integration of information systems provides more accurate and efficient modeling, allowing you to analyze and predict the behavior of various systems in a variety of conditions. This creates the conditions for informed decision-making and strategic planning, which is an important aspect of the successful functioning of organizations in a dynamically changing environment. The article describes the existing information and logistics systems, and using the example of the Novorossiysk Commercial Seaport, a solution is proposed to integrate information flows for further application of production process modeling, thereby providing an integrated approach to data presentation, analysis and management during planning. In the future, this will help in developing an optimal work plan for a seaport or terminal.
