The effect of the modification membranes MF-4SK, Nafion in Н+ -, K+-type to determine cations
NovH+, LidH+ in aqueous solution at pH <5,9. The analytical signal of PD-sensors is the Donnan
potential at the ion-exchange polymer/electrolyte test solution interface. It was shown, that sensitivity
of PD-sensor based on membranes MF-4SK, Nafion with gradient zirconia distribution to cations NovH+,
LidH+ increased significantly in comparison with unmodified membranes MF-4SK, Nafion. Potential
determining reactions are ion exchange reaction and protolysis with two sorption centers. ZrO2 particles
in modified membranes give evidence of both cation- and anion-exchange properties.
