Abstract

The separation of two-component mixtures : amino acid (AA±) - sodium salt of AA ( pH³pI,
H-form of cation-exchange resin CU-2); AA± - AA chloride (pH£pI, OH-form of anion-exchange resin AV -
17) was studied. It is shown that in dynamic mode one can achieve the extraction of target AA (tyrosine,
tryptophane, histidine, glutamic acid) in the form of bipolar ions. The mechanism of supersaturated amino
acids' solutions formation is developed. The stability of these solitions is explained by the proton tunnel
transfer between amino acids R - groups
