Abstract

Modified and non-treated activated carbon fiber adsorbents were examined (UVIS-AK) for
extraction of phenol and its derivatives from aqueous solutions. Adsorption amount limits and characteristic
energies of phenols were calculated by the theory of volume filling of micropores (TOZM).
