Abstract

Definition of molecular weight of some samples an inulin of the method a gel permeation
chromatography on sorbent Sephadex-50. It is revealed the overall performance of a chromatographic
column and decrease in value height equivalent to a theoretical plate with increase of molecular weight of
an inulin is positioned.
