Abstract

The absorption of medicine compounds – methylenium blue and medamine hydrochlorid on
crosslinking polymers of acryloilglicolyc acid was investigated. It was shown that absorption of these
medicine compounds on the polymers has carried out spontaneously. Some thermodynamically
parameters of absorption of these compounds on investigated hydrogels were calculated. Research of
desorption of these compounds from polymer matrix has shown that there release has carried out enough
long time and depending from pH and ionic strength of medium.
