Abstract

IIn present article influence molecules structure of polyphenols on sensitivity is defined at
amperometric detection on an example derivatives of phenols, naphthalenes, phenolic acids and flavonoids
(40 compounds). It is established, that sensitivity of a amperometric detector it is depend from a number of
hydroxyl groups in a benzene ring, their positions, shielding degree, also by nature other substituents
influencing electronic density of a benzene ring.
