Abstract

For studying of disperse particles sizes and kinetics formations in the solutions containing
bovine serum albumin and the soluble synthetic cationic polymers, the complex on-line technique based
on joint application of methods integral (spectroturbidimetry) and differential (nephelometry) light
scattering is applied. The influence of medium pH, molecular weight and the structural organization of
polymers on the size of flocculus and kinetics of flocculation is estimated
