Abstract

This article is devoted to research of methodology of an assessment of scales of poverty. On the basis of foreign methodological approaches and various indicators the comprehensive analysis of scales of poverty in the Samara region is carried out. The authors offer a complex of the main areas of work on overcoming of poverty in the region, taking into account the features which have developed at the present stage of its structure.
