Regional structural policy of the USA and China - possibilities of application in the Russian conditions

Abstract

In article possibility of application of experience of the USA and China in the sphere of development and realization of regional structural policy is considered. The main directions of improvement of regional structural policy, among which are proved: close interrelation of structural and scientific and technological policy; active nature of public administration by changes in structure of national and regional economy; realization of system approach to modernization of structure of economy; variety of institutional forms of participants of realization of policy; use of network structures; increase of a role of social and ecological criteria in an assessment of results of structural transformations of economy; high level of a variety of tools of structural policy.
