Methodical approach to an assessment of strategy of social and economic development of municipalities

Abstract

The approaches to an assessment of strategy of social and economic development of municipalities existing in Russia are analysed, their merits and demerits are described. On the basis of theoretical prerequisites of the Kuban school of development of local communities original methodical approach to an assessment of strategy is offered. Results of approbation of author ’s methodical approach are presented in the analysis of strategy of development of median municipalities of Krasnodar (Kuban) region.
