Food-stuffs security as a region stable development factor

Abstract

The Orenburg Region food-stuffs security level is being analysed in this article. Due to the results of the research carried out, the Orenburg Region is a relatively safe region in Russia in terms of food-stuffs security. A complex approach, including agricultural enterprises restructure on the one hand, and people's income increase to rise their purchasing power, on the other, is to be applied in the region to achieve the maximum food-stuffs security
