Researching personnel motivation (the case of Voronezh enterprises)
Abstract
The article is devoted to the results of researching personnel motivation in Voronezh enterprises. The methodology used implies investigating the level of employees' satisfaction with motivational factors and assessing their importance. All the above enables the author to illuminate major directions of developing and advancing labor motivation.
