Abstract

Clause is devoted to the enterprise to a problem of an estimation of organizational structures of control systems in conditions of market managing. The considered technique of an estimation of efficiency of organizational structures of control systems of the enterprise and on their basis of potential of the organization allows to coordinate resources of the enterprise in full conformity from the chosen strategy.
