Innovative development of economy in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The main goal of this article is to analyse a conditions and tendencies of development innovations processes of Russian economy. We offered classifications of innovations and proved objective necessity of use of basic innovations. In a final part of article authors shows the role of state in development and realizations of an innovations policy.
