Controlling the effectiveness of managerial decisions in raw materials flows logistics

Abstract

The conditions of modern market economy demands every enterprise to monitor the efficiency of the managerial decisions in every field, including the usage of raw-materials. This article suggests the method of calculating a special efficiency indicator: The marginal administrative effect. The interpretation of its value and dynamics is given and the recommendations about taking the effects of scale and reorganization into consideration are suggested.
