Socialization and employment of invalids

Abstract

The situation with security of the unemployed vacancies on a registered labour market is safe enough. In this connection there is an impression, that unemployment as the terrible social phenomenon - is defeated. However in structure of the unemployed the share of persons with labour restrictions - invalids annually increases, conditions of their labour employment is - socialization.
