Essence and the maintenance of the loan capital: conceptual positions and estimation of sights

Abstract

The essence of the loan capital is investigated. Its similar and distinctive features from own and involved capital are revealed. Are certain a place of the loan capital in structure of the involved capital and the basic intrinsic characteristics of studied concept. Necessity of defi nition of the laon capital as capital is proved. Its defi nition is formulated.
