Abstract

In Matersheva V.V.'s clause Institut of family: formation and development of the human capital questions of infl uence of institute of family on formation of the human capital are considered. With this purpose the analysis of demand for formation from house facilities is carried out. Researches of savings and charges house have allowed to consider demand for formation as for the consumer blessing, allowing to maximize utility of individuals.
