Improvement of logistics of industrial company

Abstract

The article considers the problem of inventory management of industrial enterprises from the point of view of analyzing the situation when there is a shortage in some types of resources and at the same time there is an overabundance of other types of resources. It is proposed to improve supply activities by identifying indicators of the state of stocks in days, as well as by redistributing similar characteristics and types of resources between homogeneous enterprises. Models of solving problems of management and redistribution of stocks are given.
