Abstract

The paper is devoted to the analysis of main forms of representative bodies of Russian Entrepreneurs at the end of the Nineteenth - beginning of the Twentieth centuries, namely conventions of industrialists, trade exchange committees, plant and factory representatives' communities. Key stages of shaping representative body organizations of Russian bourgeoisie are articulated, the character and mechanisms of their interaction with state institutes are defined.
