Social-economic classification of privileges

Abstract

The author gives the classification of privileges, based on their role in salvation of social and economic problems of society, which is very significant at the period of reformation of privileges. There can be observed 4 kinds of privileges: privilege-obligation, privilege as a social insurance, privilege as an economic mechanism of salvation of social and economic problems, privilege-preference.
