System-factor approach to modernizing trade sector of the Russian economy

Abstract

The author of the article presents her position regarding modernization of the trade sector using a system-factor approach. This approach enables the all-around researching the object by means of taking into account correlated factors, impacting the results of functioning and development. The graphic model of modernizing Russian trade sector is presented, that can be used for organizing, monitoring, diagnosing, and current correction of strategic system modernization of a trade sphere.
