Decision on a matter, in accordance with the determination of efficiency of personnel governing, is actual for controlling personnel, as far as its main function is conclude in commenting the processes and phenomenal, run in organizations from standpoints their is social-cost-performance for taking the management decisions. In the article are consider types and forms of efficiency of personnel governing to organizations, as well as is offered number of criterions and factors for its evaluations.
