Control in personel management: self control or control by managers?

Abstract

The article is about control in human research management. The key idea of the article is: what is more effective - control by managers or self-control? We show advantages and disadvantages of self-control and characteristics of personal, whose work shouldn't be taken under the managers control. So, the main recommendation is: to indicate individual characteristics and to use a situation approach to control.
