Results of use of innovative potential at the level of the enterprise

Abstract

In modern conditions of managing use of innovative potential becomes one of defining conditions of maintenance of effective functioning the enterprises. By structural components of innovative potential of the enterprise are considered: personnel, industrial, investment potentials. As results of use of innovative potential at a level of the enterprise strategy of innovative development are offered: management of available resources in the existing markets; management of available resources for the future markets; management of again developed resources at the nonexistent markets; management of again developed resources in the existing markets. Also the model of use of innovative resources depending on a choice of a direction of realization of innovative potential of the enterprise is constructed. Realization of the offered practical recommendations will allow to add a technique of an estimation of innovative potential and to choose priority directions of innovative development of the enterprise.
