Abstract

In this article there are defined maintenance and correlation of definition "strategy of restructuring", "program of restructuring" "plan (business-plan)". There are specified differences between strategy of restructuring and tradition strategy of organization's development and also there are elaborated basic directions, forms, mechanisms of organization's development. Stages and phases of stabilization and development in connection with arrangements of operating and strategy restructuring are offered.
