The corporation in a modern Russian economy

Abstract

The correlation between an economic unit, a firm and a corporation is analyzed in the article. The systematization of economic units is based on main indications of classification. Principal characteristics of a firm are mentioned. Legal and economic approaches to the definition of corporation are examined. Various types of enterprises in modern economy of Russia are described.
