Tendency of the development of Voronezh region

Abstract

Development of labor-market of the region is characterized by changes many socioeconomic activities. The most important activities define the dynamics of demand and supply on the labor-market. The labor supply analysis founded on the studies of number of the unemployed by sexual and age characteristics, reasons of dismissal, standard of education, duration of job search. The labor demand was analyzed by studies of dynamics of worker needs named by employers.
