Abstract

Undertaking audit selecting a personnel at present is an actual problem for the majority of domestic organizations. Questions of selecting a personnel concerns with each organization on the strength of objective reasons, in accordance with natural fluidity of personnel, so improvement of given process is objective necessary. One of the instruments of raising efficiency of selecting a personnel is audit. Within the framework of the given article is undertake attempt to describe technological bases of undertaking audit selecting a personnel in organizations.
