Differentiating wages and compensation on Russian labor market: gender aspect
Abstract
The paper is devoted to problems of differentiating factors of wages in Russian economy and their perception by working people. Based on the analysis of empiric data it was found that factor effects are gender asymmetries. During market transformations the significance of factors determinating the level of men and women wages has changed, and their subjective perception of these groups has transformed, too.
