The strategic directions of the development of the external economic relations in Russia's Southern macroregion

Abstract

The article analyses the multilevel development of the external economic relations (EER) of the Russian Federation. The author substantiates the impact of the global tendencies on the realization of EER in the macro region that aggregates the subjects of the Russian Federation within the Federal Districts. Forming a Federal District strategy allows to optimize the EER structure and secure a multiplicative effect by means of regional industries syneigy. The substantiated strategic directions of the Southern Federal District EER development allow to use the macro regional competitive advantages with regard to the main tendencies of the world economic links.
