Integration of industrial enterprises: essence, functions and main contradictions

Abstract

The complex methodological approach assumes research of industrial enterprises integration as the characteristic of social-economic systems; economic process; economic category, the system role of integration is proved and the bask system qualities are determined. It is suggested to classify the functions of social-economic assignment of integration and the basic contradictions of integration in Russian economy. The process of production economic agents integration is considered in aggregate of phases, kinds and forms of integration as developing system with characteristic of forms changing, formation and disintegration making.
