State property: origin, essence, trends in perfecting its effective realisation in market economy

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of origin, essence of state property in its interconnection with municipal property. The author offers an analysis of problems of state property realization in market economy, determined by different economic nature of its objects, by different economic nature of its objects, by specific nature of property subjects, by a special role in perfecting state property with the aim of its effective development are determined.
