Abstract

The place of modem Russia in the international division lobour system and int influence on economical safety is considered. The author’s concept foreseen a system planning, oriented at safety environment forming by the means of preventive activities. The mechanism of preventive is based on the analyses of geoeconomical space and national economy, which help to reveal reserves for developing national businesses, to work out a integration system and on this basis to provide an effective strategy of economical safety.
