About modern problems of the labour market in Russia
Abstract
Modem problems of the labour market in Russia are considered in the article: the tendency of decreasing the share of economics of the active part of the population, shortage of high-qualified manpower among all levels of personnel. Much attention is paid to the questions of labour increase and the increase of workforce turnover within the company. In order to solve the problems, labour market of the company is considered. Quantitative and functional flexibility of the company's labour is also considered.
