Firms are given the right to take decisions wheathei to use one of the system or not Validity of this decision is proved by the bonus systems’ evaluation Firstly - qualitative, secondly quantitative characteristics are researched. thirdly. evaluation of psychological consequences of the installed system is given. Comprehensive bases of the systems will help to increase the efficiency of the company's activity and its competitiveness
