Abstract

This article discusses a negative impact on Russian economy and economic sanctions, Russia's accession to the WTO and generally spend my last decade of economic policy. It was convincingly proved the need to strengthen state regulation of the Russian economy with the aim of transition to industrial and technological development model, porozumienia, the development of the internal market.
