Abstract

In materials of article results of research of territorial aspects of strategic innovative development, an assessment of innovative activity of municipal areas are presented. Prerequisites of formation of interdistrict innovative industrial complexes are defined, functions are given their characteristic, the recommended structure of a complex is presented. The forecast of development of interdistrict innovative industrial complexes in the Voronezh region till 2030 is developed.
