Abstract

The new model of managing for the enterprises of a public sector of economy in comparison with that model of managing which developed in the conditions of private form of ownership is offered and is unreasonably applied in many countries in the form of state capitalism. Is shown that the new model of managing for public industries will correspond to all three laws of dialectics.
