Abstract

Over the past ten years, Western and domestic social science has been agitating the question: is the development of humanity becoming safer or is it bringing catastrophic changes? Although no one knows the answer to this question yet, but this problem is widely discussed by representatives of various branches of knowledge, primarily sociologists and economists.
