Economical activity and job offers to the Russian youth
Abstract
From a socio-economic point of view, one of the features of youth as an age group is that they make the transition from study to work. In this age group, people start their work. Their subsequent social trajectory largely depends on how successful this transition will be, how young people will enter into independent labor and economic activity. There are many questions about the specifics of this transition. What is the need of young people for jobs? Is unemployment threatening young people? How quickly do graduates of schools and higher educational institutions find jobs? How much does the job correspond to the received specialty? What wages are provided by different levels of education in the initial period of employment?
