Abstract

Monitoring of food security is an integral part of assessing the level of self-sufficiency of the region with food. Monitoring is necessary to develop a strategy to provide the region with food in order to improve its food security. Food security is ensured both at the level of a specific producer and at the level of the region as a whole. For a comprehensive and rapid assessment of food security, it is necessary to introduce elements of IT-technologies, which in the transition to the digital model is a very important direction.
