Abstract

the analysis of influence of characteristics of organizational structure of management on the structure and sizes of transactional expenses of the organization is made. The purpose of article is the analysis of ways of management of transactional expenses and influence of transactional costs for functioning of the organization. In work the main characteristics of organizational structure of management are considered. The analysis of influence of organizational structure of management on level and structure of transactional expenses is carried out.
