ПРОБЛЕМА ИНФОРМАТИВНОСТИ ДАННЫХ ПРИ ОЦЕНКЕ РЕГИОНАЛЬНОГО ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКОГО КАПИТАЛА

Abstract

The rationale of the priority directions of human capital formation and accumulation is a key problem to be solved within the framework of regional strategic planning in the Russian Federation. Its solution must be based on the use of adequate quantitative human capital estimates. The results of the proxy estimates of human capital analysis in the context of the data informatively are presented. Calculations were carried out on the materials of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The necessity of consideration human capital estimates with in the rate of economic growth, and the low informativity level of human capital estimates that are derived at the formal education indicators are shown.
