Abstract

SEZs (special economic zones) are an integral part of the modern world economy. The need for the full development in our country of new market forms of free enterprise’ territorial organization, inter- national relations, participation of regions in the territorial division of labor is intended to contribute to existing and prospective special economic zones. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the usage expansion of such a tool as SEZs, to explore methods for improving its operation efficiency.
