СТРАТЕГИИ ЛОКАЛИЗАЦИИ ПРОЦЕССОВ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ДОБАВЛЕННОЙ СТОИМОСТИ В РАМКАХ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ РЕГИОНАЛЬНОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ В ГЛОБАЛЬНЫЕ ЦЕПОЧКИ СОЗДАНИЯ СТОИМОСТИ

Abstract

The article examines the issues pertinent to the integration of the Russian economy into global value chains which play a significant role in the modern world economy. Developed and developing countries compete each with other for the opportunity to be integrated into GVC on stages that generate high added value. At present, integration of the Russian economy into GVC is made on the basis of slightly diversified export items (most of it is raw materials), the large gap between regions regarding the level of integration into GVC and also the integration of Russian companies into GVC on the stages that form relatively small inner added value. The article tends an issue to the regional approach of the problem of including Russian business into GVC, it is considered the necessity of developing and implementing the strategies of increasing (localization) inner added value. The author describes four strategies of added value localization which could be implemented in different regions with the regards of such characteristics of regional economy like inner market value, transportation cost of shipping products to the foreign markets, logistic, production, scientific potential.
