Abstract

In article the essence and the importance of cluster initiatives as instrument of strategic development and increase of competitiveness of regional and national economy is considered. In work the current state of processes of a clustering of economy of Russia and in the international practice is presented. In article the systematized classification of cluster initiatives, an order of their realization, approaches to an assessment is offered. Authors analysed the factors influencing formation and realization of cluster initiatives.
